            Superior Pest Control, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Ray Milstead and his father with the intention of providing great products and an excellent service to the surrounding community. The business that started by employing only a father and son has now grown to more than 10 full time employees and 3 part time helpers. Superior Pest Control, Inc. is founded on the Christian principles of integrity, hard work, and helping your neighbor, and we strive to provide the customer with the best service possible.

 

            All employees undergo a rigorous background check before being offered employment, a rule that Mr. Milstead insists upon. In a small community like Clay County, many employers choose to employ only people that they know, but Mr. Milstead chooses instead to verify the credibility and integrity of anyone that applies.

           

   Sticking with the Christian basis behind the business, the main verse behind Superior Pest Control, Inc. is Romans 10:13, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." As such, we strive to

 

employ individuals who are willing to call out the name of God. Every morning before everyone leaves for their daily assignments, Mr. Milstead leads a morning devotional and maintains a prayer list- further ingraining Christian beliefs into the business.

 

            Overall, the goal of Superior Pest Control, Inc. is to provide a Christian based service that is Superior to all competition. All employees work hard to complete all jobs in the most efficient and effective manner possible. All chemicals that we use are 100% non-carcinogenic and we take the utmost care when spraying them.
